What is the Utilities Council
|

|
|
The Utilities Council is one of the Councils of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). It’s primary purpose is to share and develop knowledge among members to facilitate best in class performance, yield high customer satisfaction ratings, competitive cost structure, and promote environmental stewardship for utilities which include electric, gas, water, and telecommunications companies.

1. The mission of the Utilities Council is to provide a medium for advancement of the objectives of the Association for facility management personnel in the utilities industry.
2. The operation of the Council will be in support of this mission.
3. The Council expressly prohibits any discussion of or information sharing related to pricing.
4. The Council restricts membership to those individuals classified as Professional members as established by the Association's Board of Directors.
